SASSA GrantAdvance is a special offer by TymeBank. It is only for people who receive their SASSA grant money in a TymeBank account. This means, if you use TymeBank to get your monthly SASSA grant, you may qualify for this advance payment.
GrantAdvance is not a loan from SASSA. It is a short-term advance from TymeBank. The good thing is, there is no interest or extra fees.
You can borrow up to R1,000 and return it later when your next SASSA payment comes in. It works like an early payment. Only active SASSA beneficiaries who bank with TymeBank can use this offer.
If your SASSA money goes to another bank, you must switch to TymeBank first. This service is safe and easy to use. It helps when you need urgent cash before your grant payment date.
But remember, you must pay it back with your next grant. It is not free money. It is only an advance to help you manage small emergencies.
